Nagendra Mishra

Honorable Sh. Nagendra Mishra joined  to the Real Estate industry in 2009 as a Project Head, a time of significant changes in the Real Estate industry, change that was brought on by the FDI`s one hand and significant with rapid growths of invested money & also a huge Demands on the other hand.

Since joining the Industry, Sh. Nagendra Mishra has implemented a strategy of  intensive selection process in his career. He has been a strong believer of “People Based Performance Management”.

He contributed almost 450 crores of Business Generations after  the selling of more than  1200 units between the  year 2009-14 from Noida Only. He was promoted to Director of Distribution Channel .

He got many Rewards & Accolades during this tenure and also got Recognized for most efficient and Strong networker through  Key initiatives such as “You Me aur Hum” and “Join the Hands” , which focuses on finding innovation in every Association for every Project, on an ongoing basis, has set a bench mark in the industry from driving grassroots management.

In addition, Sh. Nagendra Mishra has created a strong focus on Learning and Development within the industry, a culture which not only drives value for clients and the entire Internal ecosystem, but extends outside the company as well. He believes in  Rethink existing processes to improve individuals Productivity, to find new ways of working as a Teams and as an Individuals, and to build incredible talent, skills and passion across the Teams & Associates also.

Prior to joining Roots Infra, Sh. Nagendra Mishra served India bulls Security, Future Generali, Reliance Life, ICICI and Unicon Real Estate at  Relationship Manager to Key Senior Management positions like Asst. Branch Manager/Branch Manager/Business Head and Territory Manager in Goa, Delhi and NCR.

Sh. Nagendra Mishra is the creator of “Human Value Quotient” with “Care Of Relationship” that provide the foundation to ensuring there is a  longer Association, Devotional Mentality, Maximum use of Human Efficiency, Ensuring the consistency, Reliability and Happiness and  especially known for his Positive Approach, Planning and its Implementation, Can do Attitude and Lead with Front to people and as an amplifier of human potential and his passion for applying “Human Values” in purposeful ways to address some of the biggest educational challenges.

Sh. Nagendra Mishra received his MBA from Delhi in 2006. He holds a B.Sc (Agriculture ) , Volleyball played on National level and continue three years represented to UP, NCC “C” certificate Holder, Many Awards winners in sports, Presentations, Poetry and Debates as well as.
